They always say,
“Don’t carry the extra weight around…”

Meanwhile… here I am voluntarily strapping on 20 extra pounds πŸ˜…

My weighted vest, my dogs, and a good walk have become part of my mental health routine.

And h Spring weekends just hit different 🌸

Sweet smells in the air, blooming trees, sunshine, special chalk messages on the sidewalk… and my gorgeous niece’s prom weekend mixed in.

A little dressed up, a little emotional, and a whole lot of Yesterday I shared something a little more personal…

And honestly, I wasn’t sure how it would land. πŸ’›

But the messages, the comments, and the quiet “me too’s”… they meant more than you know.

Sometimes we shar Ending April with an extra grateful heart. πŸ’›

May is almost here…
and with it, a lot more conversations about mental health.

But before all of the posts, awareness ribbons, and reminders—I wanted to share something a little more person I’ve been a little quieter on here lately…

and with it comes more conv Clouds did their thing…
sun did its thing…
and somehow—it all worked together.
Happy Friday, Friends πŸ˜€

Enjoy your weekend! Yesterday in Walmart I noticed a tattoo on one of the workers:
“Keep fighting.”

It caught my attention right away… similar placement to one of mine, but something about it felt deeper than just words.

I told her I loved it.

She Not sure which direction to take…
so I guess Abby and Cooper will lead the way. 🐾

They’ve never rushed a decision—
just sniffed around, trusted their instincts,
and eventually found where they were meant to go.

Maybe on this Wed
